Does the Sneaker Dolly come with a user manual?

How do I remove or replace the whole wheel housing?

Can the wheels be disassembled for cleaning and maintenance?

You will need two box wrenches (9/16" and a 5/8").
Or at least one box wrench (9/16") and one adjustable crescent wrench.
Tighten firmly but do not over tighten.

Please refer to the video below.
Yes they can and it's a very simple process. Please refer to the video below.

Step 1 - Use a thick flathead screwdriver or flat metal handle from a crescent or similar wrench. Insert the tool under the wheel in the housing and push up. The wheel will pop up and slide out of the housing.

Step 2 - There are 4 parts in here. The wheel, the silver wheel shaft and 2 small spacers. The spacers are basically washers but a very precise width. Careful not to lose these
as
they're important for the functionality of the wheel.

Step 3 - Clean the wheel as necessary, then re-install. The only tricky part here is lining up the two spacers as you slide the wheel shaft back in the housing. The spacers should "seat" into the shaft on each side. Sometimes it takes a little fidgeting and as you push the wheel back down the shaft keep in mind that very little force should be applied. It should slide down smoothly. Only at the bottom apply some force to snap the wheel back into it's seat. And you're done.

Does the Sneaker Dolly come with a case? What are my case options?

Sneaker dolly

Yes it does. You can also download a pdf of it HERE.

Handheld  Mobility  System

The Sneaker Dolly system does not currently come with a hard case. The reason for this is most users, operators, grips have a variety of preferences for cases. People have different Sneaker packages and build configurations. Some prefer the smallest case possible for shipping with the dolly disassembled inside. Others prefer a larger lightweight "on set" case with room to keep the Sneaker Dolly fully built for quick access. Others may prefer a large, heavy duty, custom foamed shipping case for a fully built dolly and special compartments for all accessories.
Foam or no foam, the Sneaker Dolly parts are very sturdy and can take a beating. Some of the more vulnerable parts are the Kipp handles, the wheels and pneumatic lever, which could use some fabric or bubble wrap during vigorous travel.
It's all about your personal preferences. With that in mind, here are a few options we can recommend:

RUBBERMAID 24 GALLON ACTION PACKER
For lightweight "on set" applications the Rubbermaid 24 Gallon Action Packer works nicely (26.5" x 19.3" x 17.4”). It allows you to lay down the dolly, fully built for quick grab and go use. All the accessories fit inside and a simple layer of foam on the bottom gives everything a nice cushion. Although this Action Packer is shippable, it’s not extremely sturdy. But it’s by far the cheapest and most economical to use on set.

PELICAN 0340 AND PELICAN 1650
If you want something more heavy duty, we recommend a Pelican 0340 case (18" x 18" x 18”). It can be custom foamed, foam lined or left naked inside. A Sneaker dolly will fit inside fully built and the case is sturdy and robust in line with the reputable Pelican brand.
For a roomier, heavy duty shipping case that you can custom foam with slots for every accessory the Pelican 1650 (28.5" x 17.5" x 10.6”) is your best option, but also your largest.

PELICAN 1610 AND 1620
The Pelican 1610 (21.8" x 16.7" x 10.6”)  is the smallest option for a shipping case. It allows a Standard Kit to fit inside very snugly, with some moderate disassembly.
The Pelican 1620 (21.5" x 16.4" x 12.5”) is slightly larger for a looser fit. Better for a Deluxe Kit with a Pneumatic post. Keep in mind: Disassembly will be required to fit all parts in these two cases.
